Dr Miloš Milovančević was born on April 25, 1978. in Nis from the parents Dusan and Nada Milovancevic. Father PhD Dušan Milovančević, retired full professor at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Niš. Mother MD Nada Milovancevic, retired doctor primaries of family medicine, in Health Center in Nis.
Finished elementary school "Sveti Sava" in Niš in 1993, then enrolled in the Gymnasium "Bora Stankovic", mathematical course, and completed it in 1997.
School year 1997/98. He enrolled at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Nis, and completed the studies on March 5, 2003. For the best student of the generation was proclaimed in 2003. He was awarded the City of Niš Award and the University Award as a student of the 2002/03 generation. He graduated on the profile of Mechanical construction and mechanization with a average grade of 9.46 (nine and 46/100) during the course of the study and a grade of 10 (ten) at graduate work in the field of Mechanical constructions under the title "Supervision of the working condition of machines with the application to the railway vehicles ".
Completed postgraduate master studies at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Niš, in the direction of Railway engineering 2003 and finished with an average grade of 10 (ten) studies. On June 8, 2006, at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Niš, he defended his master's thesis entitled " Investigating the Dynamic Behavior of Railway Vehicles from the aspect of exploitation". The mentor of the master's thesis was prof. Dr. Vojislav Miltenović.
Doctoral dissertation titled "Selection of the Optimal Configuration of PIC-Based Vibrodyagnostic System" was defended on 06.12.2010. year. at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Niš, where obtained the title of Doctor of Science - mechanical engineering. The mentor of dissertation was PhD Aleksandar Veg, full professor at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade.
Miloš ilovančević defended his doctoral dissertation entitled "Transport Services Management in the Logistics System" on 21 June 2011. to the Faculty of Education of graduated lawyers and graduated economists for managerial staff, Alfa University in Belgrade, where he obtained the title of Doctor of Science - Business Economics, Management and Business. PhD Nada Barac, full professor at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade, was the mentor of the doctoral dissertation.
